JOB TITLE Business Development Executive

SECTION I: POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Development Executive’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business and actively seek new sales opportunities. To create long-term, trusting relationships with the customers.
SECTION II: KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop new business with existing clients and customers and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Educational Qualification: Bachelor / Master degree in Business Administration/ Sales /Marketing or relevant field
Additional Qualification: Not Applicable
Years of Experience: 1+ years’ experience in sales and business development  or relevant role  In portal industry preferably in UAE.
Job specific skills: Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Planning & Organising Skills. Negotiation Skills

SECTION I: POSITION SUMMARY
The Research Analyst role is to research on the Construction Industry across GCC. To call the respective Associates contacts and get the latest information on projects.
SECTION II: KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Researching on the key projects happening in UAE/GCC and updating the project in the Project intel Portal
  • Reading news articles related to the Construction industry and analyzing the data
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the associates like Consultant, contractors and Sub Contractor
  • Getting maximum information on the assigned projects in the Inbox and updating and sending them for QC
  • Generate leads for the Sales Team by fixing appointments with the key contacts of the companies who could be our prospective customer to use the portal
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our project updates  according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Respond to existing customers queries on Project Intel and update on the ERP
  • Prepare reports on the target achieved and send Daily reports/Weekly reports
  • Present the weekly report in the weekly review meeting with suggestion/ideas to improve quality and quantity data
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory

A research analyst is responsible for researching, analyzing, interpreting and presenting data related to construction industry across GCC on to our Project Intel web portal.

Data Research Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and update ongoing reports
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality of the research
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources (Email, Phone or Google) and maintain databases/data systems
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Filter and "clean" data by reviewing computer online reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code/software problems

Lead Generator Specialist

The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Enterprise Account Managers.

Essential Functions:

  • Reach out to prospects via telephone and email to qualify leads using a specified scoring system. The expected activity level for this position is 10 to 20 calls per day with Company Profiles emailed to them.
  • Navigate through a conversation flow to uncover business needs, understand pains, and position Project Intel as a solution.
  • Generate marketing qualified leads that are processed as new opportunities and sent to the sales team in the Gazette (ERP/CRM) Systems.
  • Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the Gazette system and Excel Sheet
  • Convey summarized key findings from phone conversations to the rest of the Sales team to help refine marketing communications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
